As of Thursday last week, I am no longer employed by Turbine.<\/p>\n<p>Most of you probably don\u2019t know me. I didn\u2019t take part in the community nearly as much as Ibn and srand, but I did interact with a few of you, and I greatly enjoyed my time as lead designer on AC. It was a thrilling experience and I got to design some content of which I am very proud.<\/p>\n<p>Please don\u2019t take all these departures as evidence that AC is shutting down. Turbine is committed to maintaining Asheron\u2019s Call, and I believe them. Turbine got some major VC money (over $30M), but WoW has upped the ante for DDO and LRO to where that probably won&#8217;t pay for either, never mind both.
